In October 1939, during the Phoney War period, Germany chose to send Prussia to England in an attempt to keep the British Empire out of the war. Prussia was given orders to sabotage English manufacturing and provide intelligence against the British Empire.
He failed to carry out these tasks. Germany really should know better than to play at England's game. England turned Prussia into a double-agent to wreck havoc on the German war effort. At this Prussia was a success.
